How to use
Sift 1 to 2 chashaku (tbsp) scoops of matcha into your chawan. Add a small amount of warm water, ideally not boiling, and whisk with your chasen (whisk) in a quick zig-zag motion until smooth and frothy. You may also use a frothier for the same. Add more water or milk, depending on how you like your matcha.
