We want your matcha to arrive the way it left us: carefully handled, freshly sealed, and worth the wait. Here's everything you need to know.
Where We Ship
Right now, we deliver across India. If you're writing to us from somewhere else in the world, reach out on WhatsApp on +91 9888 09195 and we'll see what we can do to help!
When It Arrives
1. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days, depending on where you are.
2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be picked up on the next working day.
Shipping Cost
A flat ₹80 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹1499. No surprises at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and SMS with tracking details. Follow along on our website or directly through the courier's platform.
How We Pack
Every order is packed with care. Our matcha is sealed in airtight, protective packaging to keep it fresh from shelf to doorstep.
Delivery Attempts
If you're not home, our delivery partner will try again, up to two more times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the package comes back to us and we'll get in touch to sort things out.
A Few Restrictions
Certain remote areas may be outside our current delivery reach. If that's the case for your location, we'll let you know as soon as your order is placed.
Delays
We'll always aim to meet the timelines above. But some things (weather, strikes, the occasional curveball) are out of our hands. If anything affects your order, we'll keep you in the loop.
