Returns
We take quality seriously. If something isn’t right, here’s when you can return it:
Eligible reasons for return :
1. The product arrived damaged in transit
2. You received the wrong item
3. The product is defective or expired
Important return conditions :
1. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Proof of purchase is required
3. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
4. For glassware or fragile products, an opening/unboxing video is mandatory to validate any damage-in-transit claim
5. Matcha is not returnable once opened: Due to its consumable nature, matcha cannot be returned unless the product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect
Not eligible for return :
1. Opened or used items
2. Opened matcha
3. Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion
4. Products beyond their expiration date
5. Damage claims for glassware or fragile items without an opening/unboxing video
